Speaking of Metallica, I blame my renewal of liking them entirely on Dean Winchester. I resolved in HIGH SCHOOL I wasn't going to listen to them a whole bunch anymore. ;_;

So, since Mar was probably the one who inspired the dream (which is a not really long but kind of not interesting story but I'll tell you if you want me to XD) in the first place, I'm DLing the first episode of Supernatural to check it out and see if I like it. I have to Re-DL it, cuz I only got half of it the first time somehow, but I like what I've seen so far!!

Work is pretty awesome, too, I think I've already found the group of co-workers I get along the best with, right now. It would be nice to have friends in town.. but that's neither here nor there right now. In any case, I'm going to ask a friend of mom's about taking me in her nice awesome car to go take my driving test, and HOPEFULLY I'll be able to get my license, which means road trips to Des Moines and Chicago WOOOOOOOOOOO.

Well. When I get a car, that is. XD

\o/ Pay day is, like, the best day ever.

So my 'rent' here at mom's place is basically helping her with the bills when she needs it, which is kind of nice because it leaves a siazble chunk of change for conventions and the like.

WHICH MEANS

Detour is GO!! And my April checks will go towards ACen/Nana cosplay. And hopefully even before that, I'll get to Des Moines to see Dan and everyone else~. Not to mention the, like, five weeks of tips between now and then.

Money is great. God I'm shallow. XD

I'm also trying to figure out a layout for this.. I know the 'vibe' I want to give it, and I think I've found the picture I'm going to use.. it's just making the layout in Photoshop and being satisfied with it, which is my major problem lately.. being satisfied with the things I make.

I have a few things I want to put up at kabukicho soon, though, but I need to try to remember my resources before I do so.
